Denton finds a note tied to a red balloon. Believing he has a Pen-Pal, Denton sends a quick response. When the others find more balloons, they realize Denton’s note was just an advertising campaign for the Shop and Shear! To save Denton from disappointment, they author a new note, decorated with a gold and purple self-portrait (of a zebra). “Wow, you have such a great friend, Denton!” Spying spots of the same colors on the feet and hooves of the others, Denton  corrects them, “I have three great friends.”
